5. What should I do if the received productí»s broken?
If ibuygou have sent you the wrong item.
If Ibuygou have sent you the right item in good situation,but the item canní»t be used properly at the time when I was receiving the item.

We solve your problem as follows:
1. We'll confirm the details of the problem with you.
2. If we made a mistake, wel refund your original shipping fee, so you can use that money to send the incorrect item back to us in China.
3. When we receive the returned item, we'll send out the correct item at no additional charge, or give you credit for that item if you want to add it into a future order.
4. If you want a replacement immediately, you should create and pay for a new order for the correct item, and when we get the returned item from you we will credit or refund you for it.
Please note that if you yourself made a mistake and ordered the wrong product, or you ordered a product that can not work in your country (e.g. you failed to read the description for a mobile phone GSM standard), we can't accept a return.

6. Is there any warranty or after service for product bought from Ibuygou ? 

Yes, all of our products( mainly means phones and tablets ) are within 1 year warranty except the clearances and accessories. 1 year warranty, strictly speaking, starts from the day you received the goods from ibuygou.( Based on the Sign-off date on official tracking website )
For example, your place the order on 8th. Aug 2010 and you received the order via DHL on 12th.Aug 2010, then your warranty works from start date 12th.Aug 2010 to expiration date 12th.Aug 2011. If we receive your returned goods for repair before or just on 12th.Aug 2011, then yes you can still use your warranty.
If you are planning to return your order on or around 12th. Aug 2011, then we are sorry your warranty is running out. So please do plan it ahead of time and take the warranty period into consideration. 

7. Can the product be used properly in our country ?

12. Do I have to pay tax?

Well, it all depends. Tax is a complex issue, because it depends what country you are receiving the goods into. Some countries are easy to import into, and have few restrictions and no taxes. Other countries are ultra restrictive and have high taxes. Before you start importing bigger quantities of Chinese electronics to your country, you'll need to research what the law and practices are in your country (or shipping destination countries if you are dropshipping internationally).There are no sales taxes or hidden charges to pay on the China side when you buy at Ibuygou.com - However, you may need to pay some taxes on your local side when you receive the goods. Ibuygou accepts no liability for any such charges. Importing taxes and charges cannot and will not be quoted/predicted, and they cannot be reimbursed to you under any circumstances. 

13. Are the Ibuygou product branded?
 No.Most Ibuygou products carry no brand at all. Apart from generic styling or model names, the products and boxes mostly carry no name.

14. How long can I recive the product?
Most normal orders(Excetpt the OEM orders) are sent out within 3 working days.Courier delivery (UPS, FedEx, DHL) takes 2-4 days depending on your destination.

You can choose: DHL, FedEx, Registered airmail or free airmail.
Ex-Works - appoint your own freight forwarder to collect the goods from our warehouse.

16. How much is the shipping charge?

It depends on the quantity of goods, the shipping method, and the country.All free shipping items are shipped by HK Airmail.If you buy non-free shipping item or items with the free shipping item or items,our system will only calculate the shipping price for non-free shipping item or items.If you want us to ship our free shipping item or items by other non-free shipping methods,you ONLY can buy the free shipping item or items separately.

17. How should I do if the product was broken by me ?
It is a pity.please contact our customer service excutitve to see if the product can be re-used after our suggestions.If not workable, we suggest to buy the same product with ibuygou.com

18. What should I do if the product was missing some spare parts?
Firstly, you should contact Ibuygou to explain the problem. Provide your order number and describe which product is missing. We can confirm from our warehouse records to demonstrate that the correct products were indeed dispatched. meaning that something went missing due to a lost/stolen item in delivery. (This is rare, but it can happen.)
1. If definitely a lost/stolen item problem, you need to contact the courier company who delivered your item and register a complaint. You must do this as soon as possible after the delivery. It's imperative you, or the recipient of the delivery, contacts the courier company and follows their incident reporting system. They will give you a confirmation of your complaint, and we can then confirm this on our side when we speak to the courier.
2. In order to fight with fraud, we cannot independently verify lost/stolen item complaints. This means that we have to wait for the decision of the courier company about whether they accept the claim and will provide compensation. If they accept the claim, depending on the case they will either offer you compensation, or, more commonly, compensate Ibuygou. In that case we will confirm to you and pass on the refund, or make a new delivery to you, it will be up to you.
3. Sometimes the confirmation process from the courier takes a while, and you could consider making a new order on ibuygou in the meantime if you need the products urgently.

19. Do Ibuygou offer the wholesale price ?

20. I can't see any information about the item i purchased from Ibuygou?

This is due to no Ibuygou account.You need to sign in or create an account with Ibuygou.You can have very clear information about the order if you make the purchase after login.You will see nothing about your order if you make the purchase before login or pay us via Paypal directly.

21. Why should i have to get an Ibuygou account?
You can track the order,leave help message to ibuygou any time,access the cashback amount,edit the shipping,change password,check the shopping coupon,check wishlist and check the reviews you have written.

22. How can i track my order if i have nothing about my order?
You need email your transaction id from paypal ,and order information to support@ibuygou.com,ibuygou will email you tracking no via email.

23. I have an Ibuygou account,but i can not see anything related to my order from ibuygou?
You need to email your Ibuygou account email address and order info to support@ibuygou,we will add the order under your Ibuygou account
